The National Leadership of the National Association of Ogun Students (NAOSS) has frowned at the gruesome killing of the daughter of the renowned leader of the Afenifere, Pa Rueben Fasunroti, Mrs. Olufunke Olakunrin.
Mr Oluwagbemileke Ogunrombi, National President, NAOSS made this known in a statement released to newsmen in Abuja.
” We commiserate with the Fasunroti family and the Afenifere by extension. We pray that the good Lord grants you the fortitude to bear the unquantifiable loss.
“NAOSS also calls on President Muhammadu Buhari to as a matter of urgency, overhaul the nation’s security agencies.
” We also want to implore the National Assembly and President Muhammadu Buhari to see the passage and implementation of the state police as a needful one, towards strengthening the obviously threatened nation’s security.
Ogunrombi also congratulated the former governor of Ogun state, Chief Olusegun Osoba on his 80th birthday cekebration.
He described Osoba as an achiever per excellence and a role model to the young and aged Nigerians.
