The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has commended the governor of Ogun State, Mr Adedapo Abiodun for
seeing it expedient to declare a state of emergency in the education sector while calling on him to make it an obvious reality.

Mr Adeyemi Azeez, NANS National Public Relations Officer (PRO) made the commendation in a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja on Wednesday.

Azeez also said that this was in a bid toward encouraging some worthy Nigerians, thereby charging them to do more and also for others to see them worthy of emulations.

He said the association had also honoured the Ogun State College of Health Technology for an outstanding award.

“NANS has critically monitored and analysed the unusual relative peace in the Ogun State College of Health Technology and integrity consciousness of the school being maintained by the management team of the school.

” NANS therefore found the Ogun state College of Health Technology, IJEBU ode, worthy of an outstanding award, to be bestowed on the institution by the national leadership of NANS.”

He hereby called on the governor of Ogun state, Prince Adedapo Abiodun to as a matter of urgency further equip the school for it to remain a second to none amongst other schools of Health Technologies in the country.
