Also at Polling units, 006 at Oke Agodi 2, the absence of recording sheets and harassment of voter’s unrest characterize the environment resulting in a chaos while a case of ballot box snatching was reported at Oke Agodi 1, while voters were awaiting the recording sheets.

The low level of security presence was another factor that gave hoodlums free hands to operate especially the case of ballot box snatching.
