PREREQUISITES
For a general Strenght before starting Handstand training you should have confidence with beginners bodyweight exercise like the following exercise
The Push up
V Pushup (Pikepushup)
Tuck Planche
TECHNIQUE
– Stomach in and Abs Working
-Use Forearms muscles to keep balance pushing with hands and finger
– Use your finger to control body
– Eyes focused on a point between hands
– Be on a Straight Line
– Fingers Placement
TARGETED WARM UP
– Dont Arch your back
– Wrist warm up exercise
