The first lawyer in the entire Norther Nigeria, AGF AbdulRazaq, SAN has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari on his 80th birthday.
AbdulRazaq who is also the father of the incumbent Governor of Kwara, Alh AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq in a statement made available to journalists said: “I write to heartily congratulate and rejoice with your Royal Highness on the special occasion of your 80th birthday.
“I am particularly glad that your reign as our Royal father has been a unique blessing to the entire people of Ilorin Emirate and indeed Kwara State in general.”
The legal luminary a Grande Officer de la Ordre Nationals de Cote d’Ivoire (GOON), said that the peace, tranquility and harmony in the Emirate experienced during the reign of Sulu Gambari is universally acknowledged as a unique example of excellence in Royal administration in Nigeria.
The Mutawali of Ilorin and Tafida of ZauZau (Zaria) also commend the Emir’s robust tutelage as the Ciroman of Ilorin under his father the late Emir of Ilorin, Alh Zukkarnaini Gambari, as well as other sterling experience as an erudite judge of the Court of Appeal, Nigeria has impacted on the Emir’s deft and inspired administration of the Emirate and Kwara State Council of Traditional Rulers.
He added that he is particularly proud of the Emir’s footprints not only as a Royal father but also as a distinguished member of the Bar and the Bench and indeed a Statesman.
Also, Speaker, Kwara state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Salihu Yakubu Danladi joined other Nigerian as he congratulated the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman, Kwara state Council of Traditional Ruler, His Royal Highness, Alh. Dr. Ibrahim Zulu-Gambari on his 80th birthday.
In a statement issued by his Special Assistant, Media Ibrahim Sheriff in Ilorin, Wednesday, Danladi described the Emir as a passionate father, whose commitment to the wellbeing, development and prosperity of Kwara state is exceptional.
“We thank God for His Royal Highness as he clocks 80. I join people all over the world in celebrating the royal blessing bequeathed Kwara by God in Maimartaba Serikin Ilory”.
“It is my prayer that Your Highness continue to be strengthened in health and wisdom to continue guiding us towards the attainment of a better Kwara we can all be proud of”, Danladi said.
