CHAN 2018: Okpotu Dedicates Goal To Benue Victims Of Herdsmen Massacre

Anthony Okpotu has dedicated his late equalizer against Angola at on going CHAN tournament to all Sons/daughters of Benue state massacre by Fulani herdsmen.

Anthony Okpotu Late equalizer follow by Gabriel Okechukwu’s goal in the second half of the extra time ensured the home base Eagles made it through to the semifinal of CHAN 2018 at the expense of the Palancas Negras of Angola on Sunday.

Anthony Okpotu is from zone C Benue state and a Lobi star striker hails from Zone C in Benue state

Central Back Stephen Eze is also  Benue base, Born and brought up in BENUE nicknamed MUCHACHO OTU by his former teammates at Northbank United FC in Makurdi Benue state.

Just imagine if these two players where involved in killing by herdsmen, God forbid” God forbid ” Just as those Benue sons that have been killed by herdsmen.

Anthony Okpotu Appeal for one Nigeria , peace and unity, as he promised more dedications and hard work to the fatherland.

He also prayed to God of soccer for victory against Sudanese in the semi-final slated for Wednesday, January 30th.
